Pricing
ModelRift runs a Large Language Model under the hood, so each request and response burns credits. Credits map directly to usage, and you only pay for the text the model processes and returns.
What burns credits
Every prompt and every reply consumes credits.
Larger prompts and more attached images burn more credits.
Large OpenSCAD responses consume more credits.
Examples

Billing basics
Signup credits
New users get 250 signup credits ($5.00) to start building right away.
Only LLM usage is billed
You are not charged for anything else, like OpenSCAD-to-STL rendering or other cloud resources. We only bill for LLM usage, so generated .stl file size does not affect billing. Only the textual output (OpenSCAD code) is billed currently.
Credit expiration
All purchased credits are processed securely via Stripe and are valid for 2 months, after which they expire.
Refunds
Unburned purchased credits can be refunded within 1 month after purchase. The minimum refund amount is $10. For refund requests, contact contact@modelrift.com.
