These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ModelRift. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

ModelRift is a web-based OpenSCAD editing and generation service. We may update, improve, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ModelRift to:

• Break the law or violate third-party rights.
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Billing and credits

Paid usage is based on credits. Credit purchases are processed by Paddle. Prices are shown before tax and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Purchased credits expire after 2 months unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. User content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIRoad Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Updated terms are effective when posted on this page with a revised date.
