Refund Policy

This policy explains when credit purchases on ModelRift may be refunded.

Eligibility

• Only unburned purchased credits are eligible for refund.
• Refund requests must be made within 1 month (30 days) of purchase.
• The minimum refund amount is $10 (before tax).

Non-refundable cases

• Credits already consumed by service usage.
• Requests submitted after the 30-day refund window.
• Promotional or signup bonus credits.

How to request a refund

Email contact@modelrift.com from your account email and include your transaction ID (if available). We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Processing time depends on your payment method and bank.
